§ SIR GEORGE GREYSir, before proceeding to the Orders of the Day, I wish to make a Motion which I am sure will be received with the cordial concurrence of this House. In consequence of the happy event which has taken place since the House last met, I have to propose that the. House should agree to an humble Address to Her Majesty to congratulate Her Majesty that the Princess of Wales has given birth to another Prince, and to assure Her Majesty of our loyalty and attachment to Her Person and Family.
§ MR. DISRAELISir, I have much pleasure in seconding the Motion of the right hon. Baronet. I am sure that the event is one not more gratifying to Her Majesty than to this House and to all Her Majesty's subjects.
