§ SIR GEORGE GREY moved, that the Standing Order, requiring the House to meet on Wednesday at Twelve, be suspended. As there was no business for to-morrow, he proposed that the House should meet pro formâ at four o'clock, in order to hear the Royal Assent given by Commission to several Bills.
