said, he would beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, Whether, in the absence of any Irish Law Officer, it is intended, on the part of Her Majesty's Government, that a Bill to Register the Titles to Lands in Ireland shall be introduced during the present Session, either by the Attorney General in this House or by the Lord Chancellor in the House of Lords?

It is the intention of the Lord Chancellor to introduce into the House of Lords, at an early period, a Bill for the registration of Titles to Land in Ireland.
