§ LORD CLARENCE PAGETpresumed the hon. Gentleman alluded to the complaint made by the Cowes Pilots that they had not been allowed to pilot the Turkish squadron. The complaint had been received by the Board of Admiralty, and referred to the authorities at Portsmouth for verification, and it would then be laid before the Trinity House to ascertain what were the regulations.
