§ VISCOUNT BURYsaid, that as a Select Committee would probably be appointed that night, on the Motion of the hon. Member for Lambeth (Mr. Doulton), to consider the best means of preserving open spaces in the metropolis, he (Viscount Bury) would postpone the second reading of this Bill until the 21st of March. He would add, that Lord Spencer felt that many of the provisions of this Bill were misunderstood out of doors, and that further time for its consideration was required.
