MR. MILLERasked the Secretary of State for India, When the Kirwee prize 289 money is to be issued; and whether the pending decision in the Admiralty Court will be final?
§ SIR CHARLES WOODstated, that he apprehended the decision of this question would not in the least degree depend on him, but rather on the Treasury. The matter had been referred to the Admiralty Court, and he could not say when their decision would be come to, or form any idea when the money would be paid.
