§ SIR CHARLES WOODsaid, that the question of the distribution of the Central Indian prize money had been the subject of discussion in that House last Session, and that his noble Friend at the head of the Government had then announced it to be his intention to abide by the decision of the Admiralty Court with respect to it. That decision had not yet been pronounced, and no distribution could in the meantime take place.
