§ SIR ROBERT PEELsaid, that the clothing in question had formerly been supplied by the War Department, but this year the experiment had been made of giving the contract to a firm at Limerick, and some delay had occurred in the deliveries. He hoped that the question of the hon. Gentleman would not, as it might, produce any inconvenience to the securities for the contract.
