§ THE CHANCELLOR OF THE EXCHEQUERFirst will come the Address which it is proposed to move in reference to the assassination of President Lincoln. After that I propose to proceed with the 1205 Bank Notes Issue Bill, which I have fixed for that day for some time. After that I believe my right hon. Friend (Mr. M. Gibson) will proceed with his Partnership Amendment Bill. On Thursday we propose to proceed with the Resolutions (connected with the Budget) which I laid on the table of the House last night.
