opposed the Motion, on the ground that the Reports were strictly confidential.

Motion made, and Question, That an humble Address be presented to Her Majesty, that She will be graciously pleased to give directions that there be laid before this House Copy of the Reports made to the Military Authorities on Storm's Rifle, and on any other Breech-loading Rifle that has been reported on,"— (Colonel Dunne,) —put, and negatived.
