said, that as it was doubtful whether the noble Lord at the head of the Government would be in his place on Monday next, he should post- pone his noble Friend's Motion with reference to the Committee of Council on Education till the following Thursday. He might also mention that on Friday next his noble Friend intended to move the adjournment of the House till Thursday, the 19th inst.
