MR. COWPER, in reply, said, the re-introduction of the Bill for the purchase of the site, of which he had charge last Session, must depend upon the introduction of another Bill for supplying the funds, which would be introduced by another Member of the Government. He was therefore unable to give the information asked for by the hon. Gentleman.
