MR. VANCE moved the following Clause:— Unless at a general meeting of the Company it shall be otherwise resolved, the directors of such Company shall cause a list of the shareholders who are entitled to vote, with their registered addresses, to be printed annually or half-yearly as the directors may determine, distinguishing shareholders holding shares or stock to the amount of a director's qualification by an asterisk, and such list shall be sold to any shareholder on application to the Company at a reasonable cost price, not exceeding five shillings.

Clause brought up, and read 1o 2o.

opposed the Clause.

Motion made, and Question put, "That the Clause be added to the Bill."
