said, he rose to ask the hon. Member for Stirling Districts, Whether the Royal Commission for inquiring into and reporting on the Coast and Deep Sea Fisheries of the United Kingdom, of which he was a Member, will visit Ireland during the present year?

MR. CAIRD,

in reply, said, the Commissioners hoped to be able to finish the inquiry on the English coast by August next, after which they would proceed to Ireland.
