§ SIR GEORGE GREY, in reply, said, his hon. and gallant Friend was probably not aware that he had already stated, a few nights ago, in answer to a similar question, that he hoped to introduce a Bill on the subject. A memorial bearing on the subject had, however, reached his 1184 hands, and he wished to consider this before bringing in the measure.
