§ MR. WALPOLE, in moving for a Copy of two Reports, made to the Ecclesiastical Commissioners by the Estates Committee, on the 4th and 18th days of February, 1864, said, his object in doing so was to inform the public of the principles on which the grants by the Commission were regulated, and of the nature of the Commission itself.
