§ SIR JOHN SHELLEYsaid, that he had intended to oppose this and two other Bills promoted by the same company, which he thought were mere fighting Bills; but he would withdraw his opposition, in order to give the Company an opportunity of showing whether they meant bonâ fide to give the district the accommodation they professed a wish to afford.
