said, he would beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, If the Government intend to bring in a Bill this Session for Consolidating the Acts relating to Copyright in works of Literature and Art?

in reply said, the Government had no present intention of bringing in a Bill to consolidate those Acts. Circumstances had not arisen to render such a measure of urgent necessity.
