HC Deb 15 February 1864 vol 173 c561
VISCOUNT ENFIELD

said, he wished to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, Whether his attention has been called to the Report of the Children Employment Commissioners; and, if so, whether he intends to propose any measure founded upon the Report of the said Commission?

MR. BRUCE

said, in reply, that the Report had been under the consideration of the Government during the recess. A measure was in preparation, and he hoped very shortly to ask leave to introduce it.
