That Standing Order No. 172 be suspended, as regards all Petitions for Railway Bills authorizing the construction of works within the limits of the Metropolis; and that no Petition for any such Bill be presented to this House until the day after the Report from the Select Committee on "Railway Schemes (Metropolis)" shall have been laid upon the Table.—(Mr. Milner Gibson.)
