MR. TAYLORsaid, that in consequence of discrepancies between the statement made by the right hon. Gentleman the Home Secretary as to what occurred last Saturday at the meeting on Primrose Hill, and what had been represented to him by persons who were present at that meeting, he thought it would be for the benefit of the public that the real facts should be known, and therefore he would move for an Address for a Copy of the Report of the Superintendent or Inspector in command of the Police employed at Primrose Hill on Saturday last, together with any Instructions that were issued to the Police upon that occasion.
