§ SIR GEORGE GREY, in reply, said, that the Papers referred to by the hon. Member were very voluminous, including as they did the whole of the proceedings at the trial, and therefore a considerable 1840 time had been required for their preparation. They would, however, be laid on the table to-morrow.
