If it is the intention of Her Majesty's Government to authorize the Board of Works to proceed as formerly with works of Arterial Drainage in Ireland, and to place at the disposal of the said Board fur that purpose sufficient funds, repayable by instalments by the owners of the land improved by such works of Drainage?
MR. PEELsaid, in reply, that it was not the intention of the Government to authorize the Board of Works to proceed with works of Arterial Drainage in Ireland.
