said, he wished to ask the Chief Secretary for Ireland, If he has received any Report of the judgment pronounced by the Right Hon. Justice FitzGerald, at the Assizes for the county Clare, on the construction of the 10th clause of the Poor Relief (Ireland) Act of last year, and if he will lay a Copy of the Report upon the table of the House?

stated, in reply, that the Government had received no Report on the judgment pronounced by Mr. Justice FitzGerald at the Clare Assizes, upon the construction of the 10th clause of the Poor Relief (Ireland) Act.
