On Motion of Mr. Attorney General, Select Committee appointed, To inquire into the condition and management of the Royal Forests in Essex, and into any inclosures which may have taken place therein since the Report of the Commissioners of 1850; and to consider whether it may be expedient to take any steps for preserving the open spaces in the said Forests.
