said, he wished to ask the Secretary to the Treasury, Whether the arrangement for the employment of the Railway for the conveyance of the Mails through Montgomeryshire, which was reported by the Secretary to the Post Office as "under consideration" in February last, is yet concluded?

MR. PEEL

said, in reply, that no arrangement had been finally concluded, but the Post Office had informed the Company that they were perfectly willing to use the Railway.
