§ SIR GEORGE GREY, in reply, said, at present he had no intention of proposing a Bill on that subject, and for this reason, that the first Report of the Children's Employment Commission was only sent to him two days ago, and it was desirable to have it printed and circulated, with a view to its being fully considered before any Bill was proposed. With regard to Paper Tube Factories, no Report had yet been received on the subject.
