HC Deb 09 June 1863 vol 171 c573
COLONEL PENNANT

said, he would beg to ask the right hon. Gentleman the Member for the University of Cambridge, Whether he intends to proceed with this Bill to-morrow?

MR. WALPOLE

said, in reply, that as he understood that the Members for Wales had had several conferences upon the subject of this measure, and thought that they could put it into such a shape as would meet the approbation of all parties interested, he should postpone the further proceeding with the Bill until Friday week.
