VILLIERS,in reply, said, he had no authority to compel such a Return, but he was informed that endeavours were being made by the Committee of Relief to collect the information, and that probably in the course of next week it might be obtained. With respect to the other Question, he could only answer that it would depend on the legislation of that House.
