, in moving the second reading of this Bill, said, he hoped the House, at this late hour (half past five), would excuse him making a lengthened statement; and in the event of its arriving at the Committee, he would endeavour to obtain a morning sitting in the course of next week for the careful examination of the Bill.

MR. M'MAHON

hoped the right hon. Baronet would fix the morning sitting for Tuesday.
