said, he rose to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, Whether he has now obtained the consent of the Head of the Government to fix Monday week for resuming the discussion upon his (Mr. Roebuck's) Motion in reference to America?

, in reply, said, he had not been able to see his noble Friend since yesterday. He believed, however, it was certain that his noble Friend would be in the House on Monday next, when he would give an answer himself to the hon. and learned Gentleman's question.
