HC Deb 24 February 1863 vol 169 cc727-8
MR. HADFIELD

I am afraid my Question did not reach the noble Lord at the Head of the Government, just now. The 10th of March is generally looked forward to as a general holiday, and I beg to ask, Whether the noble Lord intends that the House shall sit on that day?

VISCOUNT PALMERSTON

Mr. Speaker, I imagine that you, Sir, will be in attendance elsewhere on that day, and therefore probably the House will not sit.
