§ MR. W. E. FORSTERsaid, that after the declaration of the Home Secretary of his intention to bring in a Bill dealing with the general question of licences, he did not propose to re-introduce his Sale of Beer Bill of last Session until he had seen the right hon. Gentleman's measure.
