§ SIR GEORGE GREYsaid, in reply, that he had been in communication with parties interested in that question, and the result of that communication was that he had no hope of being able to pass a satisfactory Bill upon the subject in the course of the present Session. It was not, therefore, his intention to introduce such a measure.
