§ MR. WHALLEYsaid, the subject of railway legislation was under the consideration of a Committee which was still pursuing its investigations, and under these circumstances he would move that the Bill be postponed for a fortnight.
§ MR. R. HODGSONsaid, if the hon. Member had moved the second reading, he should have opposed it.
