HC Deb 22 May 1862 vol 166 c2026
MR. STIRLING

said he rose to ask the Lord Advocate or the Secretary of State for the Home Department, If it is the intention of Her Majesty's Government to proceed with the Education (Scotland) Bill on Monday next; and, if so, whether it will be taken at such hour as will afford full opportunity of discussing the Bill and the Amendment of which notice has been given?

THE LORD ADVOCATE

said, it was his intention to proceed with the Bill on Monday, and he believed it would stand first on the Orders for that Day.
