§ MR. LAYARDsaid, that Naples, as his hon. Friend was aware, was a place full of objects of great interest; and Her Majesty's Government did not consider it necessary to ask explanations with respect to a visit paid by any person to that city. But if there were any private motives in the case to which the hon. Member referred, he would probably find them in the Moniteur.
