ADAMsaid, he would beg to ask the Secretary of State for India, Whether he has received any Memorial from Her Majesty's Covenanted Civil Servants in Bombay, praying for the redress of certain grievances; and when the Memorials from Civil Servants in Bengal and Madras will be in the hands of Members?
MR. T. G. BARINGsaid, that the Memorial from the Civil Servants in Bombay had been received by the last mail, and that the Memorial from the Civil Servants in Madras and Bengal had been presented and laid on the table on Friday last.
