said, he had no objection to agree to the proposal of the hon. Member for Finsbury, for referring this Bill to a Select Committee, as far as related to the inclosure of Chigwell, in Essex, on the understanding that the Select Committee would be named by the Committee of Selection in the same manner as any private Bill.

Ordered, That the Bill, so far as relates to the Inclosure of Chigwell, in the county of Essex, be committed to a Select Committee, to be appointed by the Committee of Selection, in the same manner as in the case of a Private Bill.
