said, in reference to a notice as to the Red Sea Telegraph which stood in his name for that night, that it did not clearly convey his attention. He would not, therefore, under any circumstances, bring it forward that night, but it would be made an order of the day for tomorrow (Friday), when he should move that the House resolve itself into a Committee of the whole House on the subject.
