SIR GEORGE LEWISsaid, he wished to correct a verbal error in the Vote. Colonel Edward Wetherall was there described as having been appointed "Director General of the Land Transport in the Crimea, which he re-organized," whereas it should be that he "officiated as Direct tor General of the Land Transport Corps in the Crimea for four months, and assisted in its re-organization."
