said, he would beg to ask the Secretary of State for War, When the Report of the Royal Commission upon Volunteers will be ready; and whether, if not laid upon the table before the end of the present Session, it will be delivered to Members during the recess?

said, he understood that the Report of the Commission upon Volunteers had been actually signed, and was likely to be presented before Parliament separated.
