Order for Third Reading read.

Motion made and Question proposed, "That the Bill be now read the third time".

MR. HADFIELD moved the third reading of this Bill.

MR. NEWDEGATE moved, "That it be read a third time on that day six months."

Amendment proposed, to leave out the word "now," and at the end of the Question to add the words "upon this day six mouths."

MR. SELWYN

seconded the Amendment.

Question put, "That the word 'now' stand part of the Question."

The House divided:—Ayes 140; Noes 127: Majority 13.

Main Question put, and agreed to.
