DARBY GRIFFITHsaid, he wished to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, Whether he will name a day on which he would bring forward the Election Law Amendment Bill sufficiently early to secure a full opportunity of passing some Bill on that subject through both Houses of Parliament during the present Session?
§ SIR GEORGE GREYsaid, that having regard to the exigencies of public business, he was unable to name a day, but he would take care that it should be one sufficiently early to enable a full consideration to be given to the subject.
