SIR GEORGE LEWISreplied, that the question should have been properly addressed to his noble Friend the Secretary to the Board of Admiralty. He be- 271 lieved the report of the Committee would be shortly presented to the Board of Admiralty, and it would then be for that Board to decide whether they would lay it upon the table of the House.
