HC Deb 30 May 1861 vol 163 c243
MR. CAVENDISH BENTINCK

said, he would beg to ask the Seretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Whether he will lay upon the Table any Official Accounts he may have received relative to the late disturbances at Milan?

LORD JOHN RUSSELL

said, he was aware that there had been some disturbances at Milan, one of them connected with a circular issued by the Archbishop, and it was at one time suspected that they had political origin, but he did not think they were of importance enough to justify the laying the papers before the House.
