MR. HUME

said, he wished to ask the Chief Secretary for Ireland, Whether any general Rules have been promulgated by the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland for the regulation of investments of money under the control of the Irish Court of Chancery, pursuant to the provisions of 23 and 24 Vic. cap. 38.

MR. CARDWELL

said, no such regulations had yet been promulgated, but, he believed, some were in contemplation.
