§ MR. MILNER GIBSONsaid, that the Commissioners on Lights, Buoys, and Beacons had signed their Report, and that the Report and Evidence would be laid on the Table in the course of a few days. A Bill had been prepared which referred to Lights, but it would not be proceeded with until the Report of the Commissioners was before the House.
