in the absence of Mr. Scully, said he would beg to ask the President of the Board of Trade, When the Report of the Royal Commission upon the Lights, Buoys, and Beacons of the United Kingdom will be laid before the House?

MR. MILNER GIBSON

said, that the Commissioners on Lights, Buoys, and Beacons had signed their Report, and that the Report and Evidence would be laid on the Table in the course of a few days. A Bill had been prepared which referred to Lights, but it would not be proceeded with until the Report of the Commissioners was before the House.
