said, he would beg to ask the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Whether the Report from Mr. Parkes of his four interviews with the Taeping authorities at Nankin, to which reference is made in Commander Aplin's letter, dated the 2nd of April, 1861, in the China correspondence, respecting the opening of the Yang-tze-Kiang River, would be laid upon the Table of the House?
