§ MR. GREGORYsaid, it was his intention to bring on the Motion to-morrow, and he believed the Foreign Secretary was prepared to discuss the question.
§ LORD JOHN RUSSELLSo far as the Government are concerned, having asked the hon. Member on several occasions to postpone his Motion, we can make no further objection to his bringing it on, but, looking to the interests of the public service, I cannot say that I think it desirable that it should come on.
